Designer services to include an initial meeting to discuss plans, drawing needs, timeline, furniture, fixtures, etc.
2D renderings: floorplans, elevations, construction drawings.
3D renderings: all of the above… but more show-stopping to help your clients visual their new space.
A lot of designers don’t enjoy the tedious, computer based tasks that come with the beginning stages of the design process… but lucky for you this is my favorite part! By hiring me, I become a part of your team, someone you can rely on to get the job done. AND make it look pretty, so your clients are able to visual your beautiful design and their new home.
I’m able to create documents that you can send to your clients that are more visually appealing, including your logo & your flare. But I can also create documents that you can send to your trades and team that are more “construction ready”. I can do it all!

Client services to include an initial design consultation to explore your existing space, discuss wants/needs, budget, timeline etc.
Next Steps:
Letter of Agreement/Contract.
Measure existing conditions, if necessary.
Create 2D renderings of existing floorplan. Sometimes your old plans aren’t “as built”… but don’t worry I’ll clean them up.
Render new potential layouts.
Discuss & collect feedback, remember this is a collaborative process.
Create 3D renderings of final layout & elevations.
Present photo realistic images of final layout with accessory inspiration, mood boards, finish samples, etc.
